Dale Carnegie in his best-selling book, "How to win friends and influence people" shares about the simple power of asking interesting questions to show that we are interested in connecting with someone else.
You must have been to a party and you have been the one asking the questions and doing most of the listening? If you have you will probably attest that the other person thought that the conversation was quite interesting - funny that! You probably did less that 20% of the talking but you got 100% of the credit!
